Since 1999, TeenVestor.com has been the only comprehensive news and information portal for young investors and their parents/educators. In this site, we sometimes use the word TeenVestor to refer to young people involved in investing, entrepreneurship, and other activities to explore their passions.
Our Expertise/Publications
The specific goals of this website are to:
Teach young people how to become life-long investors;
Help educators expose their students to basic economic and business concepts.
The idea for TeenVestor.com is from Emmanuel Modu and Andrea Walker -- co-authors of three books about young investors and entrepreneurs:
TeenVestor: The Practical Investment Guide for Teens and Their Parents (formerly published by Penguin/Perigee and now published by TeenBusiness Media); and
Mad Cash: A First Timer's Guide to Investing $30 to $3,000 (formerly published by Penguin/Perigee);
The Lemonade Stand: A Guide To Encouraging The Entrepreneur In Your Child (Gateway Publishers).

TeenVestor.com is primarily curated by Nkem Modu. He also curates other TeenBusiness Media properties such as @teenvestor, @teenmogul, @girlceos, and @kindteens on twitter. Furthermore, he manages the site, TeenBusiness.com for young entrepreneurs.
Educational Background
Emmanuel Modu graduated from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School after receiving his undergraduate degree from Princeton University.
Andrea Walker-Modu is graduate of Princeton University, the George Washington School of Law, and Seton Hall Law school where she received her Master’s in Law. Emmanuel and Andrea are married to each other.
